The length of time it takes to see results from counseling sessions depends on the individual and the issues being addressed. Some clients may see improvements after just a few sessions, while others may require longer-term therapy.
The therapists at TellMe are licensed or registered professionals with The California Board of Behavioral Sciences. Each counselor has an advanced degree in counseling or a related field. They have extensive training and experience working with individuals, couples, and families.
Your care plan is created in collaboration with your credentialed therapist. They will work with your personal physician or may refer you to a prescriber if medication is needed. The decision to consider medication is always yours.
TellMe provides counseling services for individuals over the age of 18.
